Delivered and placed in the tender box situated at the entrance to the County Assembly HQs in Maralal Town, Samburu County, or sent by post so as to reach the above address not later than 5th October 2020, 11: 00 am. Submitted bids will be opened publicly in the Board Room, County Assembly of Samburu soon after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened. Prices quoted must remain valid for ninety (90) days from the date of tender opening.
The Bid security, which must be from an established bank or approved Insurance Company, shall be valid for ninety (90) days from Tender Opening date.
